At Fresh Sends, we want your home to feel perfectly curated; if your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-perishable items. Please note that for safety and hygiene, used textiles or custom-ordered pieces are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
